That's no problem at all, just contact us and we will find a solution that will satisfy you 100%.

What does a donation for charitable purposes look like?

After deducting all costs, we set aside 3-5% of every piece of jewelry purchased into a separate account. Every 2-3 months, we distribute this amount to an organization selected by our Gipfelschimmer team and our customers. We reserve the right to personally hand over the funds to the organization on-site.

HELP! My jewelry has been damaged. What can I do?

Should your jewelry be damaged due to other circumstances – for example, by the actions of a third party or an accident – ​​we will gladly replace it as quickly and amicably as possible, in consultation with you.
